Investor members get full access from day one — all mandates, NDAs, and data rooms. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the 14-day trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue.

Yes. You can cancel at any time through the Billing portal in your account. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Both billing cycles include identical access. The annual plan offers a significant discount compared to paying monthly. You can switch between billing cycles at any time.

Every mandate is manually reviewed by the Obsidian team before it appears on the platform. Minimum requirements include confirmed seller motivation, reviewed or audited financials, and direct shareholder access.
